ABOUT LEADLOGIX

Different Strengths. One Standard: Do What’s Right for the Business.

LeadLogiX was built by two founders with different strengths and a shared belief: the recommendation should fit the business—not the other way around.

We start with understanding. Everything else comes after.

LeadLogiX co-founders Nicole Richey and Matthew Wynne

Built Together. Built for Business Owners.

Nicole Richey and Matthew Wynne are the co-founders of LeadLogiX. Partners in life and in business, they built the company around a shared respect for the people behind small and growing businesses—and a belief that good advice should be grounded in what actually makes sense for the owner, the customer, and the economics.

They bring different perspectives to the same problem. Nicole brings deep experience across customer acquisition, lead generation, sales, partnerships, marketing, and growth strategy. Matthew brings a business-management perspective focused on systems, structure, automation, client experience, and turning complex findings into clear, usable plans.

Nicole Richey

Co-Founder | Growth Strategy, Customer Acquisition & Execution

Growth expertise grounded in whether the solution actually fits the business.

Nicole brings extensive hands-on experience across customer acquisition, lead generation, digital marketing, sales, strategic partnerships, home-services growth, and emerging customer-engagement technology.

Her approach has always been business-first. A channel, territory, platform, or tactic is only valuable if it makes sense for the company using it. That means looking beyond whether something can generate activity and asking better questions: Are these the right customers? Are we targeting the right markets? Do the economics work? Can the business handle the opportunity? What happens after the lead arrives?

At LeadLogiX, Nicole applies that perspective across growth strategy, lead-source evaluation, geographic and ZIP-code targeting, customer acquisition, conversion, partnerships, platform strategy, and execution planning.

Matthew Wynne

Co-Founder | Strategy, Systems & Client Experience

Turning complex business findings into structured systems and usable decisions.

Matthew brings a business-management perspective to how LeadLogiX structures its work, communicates strategy, and creates the systems surrounding the client experience.

His work focuses on taking complex information and turning it into something organized and actionable—from the structure of the Strategic Growth & Execution Blueprint to client-facing systems, workflow automation, digital experience, internal processes, and the technology supporting how LeadLogiX operates.

Matthew also helps evaluate business challenges through the owner’s perspective: what does the recommendation mean, why does it matter, who owns the next step, and how can the client actually use it?

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

WHY WE BUILT LEADLOGIX

Businesses Deserve Better Than a Sales Pitch Disguised as Strategy.

Too often, the solution is decided before the right questions have even been asked. More leads. More ad spend. New software. Another platform. Another agency.

We believe the order should be reversed.

THE LEADLOGIX APPROACH

UNDERSTAND
ANALYZE
PRIORITIZE
RECOMMEND
EXECUTE
MEASURE

That sequence protects the business from expensive guesswork.
