THE X

When the Right Strategy Needs Help Moving Forward.

The Blueprint identifies what we believe the business needs and the order in which it should happen. But a recommendation and execution are two different things.

When a priority requires additional coordination, guidance, implementation support, or ongoing involvement—and LeadLogiX is the right party to help—we put The X on the table.

Recommendation first. The X only when warranted.

THE X

Where can LeadLogiX help move it forward?

Two Decision Points. One Purpose: Help the Right Work Move Forward.

The X is not a predetermined package of services. It enters the LeadLogiX process when the evidence shows that additional involvement could help the client move an important priority forward. That can happen at two different points in the engagement.

01 AFTER THE BLUEPRINT

From Recommendation to Action

During the Strategic Workshop, we walk through the Blueprint, explain our recommendations, and present them in the order we believe deserves priority.

When one of those priorities requires additional coordination, guidance, technology, third-party support, or execution assistance, we identify where LeadLogiX can help facilitate and coordinate the next step on the client’s behalf.

BLUEPRINT PRIORITIZE SELECTED X SUPPORT
02 AFTER CORE OPTIMIZATION

From Early Results to What Comes Next

Core includes a 45-day Funnel Management & Optimization period. At the end of that period, LeadLogiX provides a written summary of where the funnel stands, what we learned, what appears to be working, where improvement may still be needed, and how the client can manage it going forward.

The client can take that direction and continue independently. Or, when continued involvement would be valuable, LeadLogiX can remain engaged for an additional 30, 60, or 90 days of active funnel guidance and optimization support.

The Client Journey

From Recommendation to Measured Change

The Blueprint organizes what we learned, what we recommend, and what deserves attention first. From there, the path branches according to the client’s goals, current position, and the work the findings actually support.

Starting Point

The Strategic Growth & Execution Blueprint Is Delivered

Findings, priorities, and evidence-backed recommendations are reviewed with the client. LeadLogiX identifies which recommendations we may be able to help move forward—but there may be none, and that can be the right outcome.

Core Path

No Separate X Work Is Selected

The Core engagement continues through the initial Funnel Health Management period. Additional X work is never required simply because a recommendation appears in the Blueprint.

01

45-Day Funnel Health Management

Review the funnel in motion, surface gaps, and make informed adjustments.

02

Written Funnel Health Report

Document what is working, what needs attention, and the recommended direction.

03

Client Decision

End the engagement with a clear handoff or request continued oversight, subject to LeadLogiX capacity.

04

Optional Continue Period

Extend monitoring and optimization for an agreed 30, 60, or 90 days.

Selected X Path

A Recommendation Needs Additional Support

When a specific recommendation warrants additional help and LeadLogiX is the right party to assist, that work is clearly defined and separately authorized.

01

Selected X Items

Only the recommendations the client chooses to move forward are included.

02

Separate Scope Agreement

LeadLogiX documents the work, roles, responsibilities, and approval before it begins.

03

Coordinated Execution and Launch

The selected function moves forward with the appropriate client, provider, and LeadLogiX involvement.

04

30-Day Observation

LeadLogiX watches the function in use, helps surface issues, and reviews early performance.

05

Function Report

The client receives a written report for each completed X function, including observations and next-step guidance.

A Blueprint does not have to produce an X item to be valuable. Sometimes the strongest recommendation is to stay focused on the Core work already underway.

When The X Is Warranted

What LeadLogiX Can Help Move Forward

The X is not a preset package or an automatic next step. It is selected support tied to specific recommendations where LeadLogiX can add meaningful value.

Translate the Recommendation

Turn the Blueprint finding into clear requirements, priorities, and a practical path forward.

Coordinate the Work

Keep the client, internal team, and qualified providers aligned around decisions and next steps.

Represent the Business

Help communicate the client’s goals, constraints, and intended outcome throughout the work.

Review and Validate

Observe performance, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments based on what happens after launch.

Clear Scope. Clear Choice.

The Client Decides What Moves Forward.

LeadLogiX explains the recommendation, why it matters, and where we may be able to help. The client chooses the path. Work may stay with the client, involve a qualified provider, include LeadLogiX, or require no additional change at all.

01 Blueprint identifies a need
02 LeadLogiX explains and prioritizes the recommendation
03 The client chooses whether and how to move forward
04 Selected X work receives a separate scope and approval
05 The work is launched, observed, and documented

The Recommendation Comes First. The Additional Scope Comes Second.

The X exists to help the right recommendations move forward—not to create work the business does not need.
