Funnel Review for Home Service Businesses
Leads Are Coming In. Are They Reaching the Calendar?
A lead funnel review from LeadLogiX follows your leads from the first call or form to the finished job. We find where homeowners drop off, where good leads go cold, and what to fix first, without tearing out what already works.
What Is a Lead Funnel Review?
A Funnel Review traces every lead from the moment it is generated to the moment the job is completed. It shows where your leads come from, how quickly and how well they are handled, where they stall or go cold, and which fixes will matter most for your business.
Most home service businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a handoff problem somewhere between the first call and the signed job. More ad spend, a new lead platform, or new software will not fix a leak that sits in response time, follow-up, or booking. The Funnel Review shows you where that leak actually is.
Your Lead Funnel, End to End
We review seven stages and the questions that decide whether a lead becomes revenue.
-
Source & Targeting
Which lead sources produce booked jobs, and which only produce leads? Are you reaching the right customers, services, and service areas? What does each source cost per lead and per booked job?
-
Capture & Notification
How do leads reach you: calls, forms, platforms, texts? How is your team notified, and does anything slip through after hours or on busy days?
-
Response
Who handles each new lead, and how fast? Does speed to lead change by day, by person, or by season?
-
Qualify & Book
How many leads become appointments? Where do homeowners go quiet between first contact and booking?
-
Estimate & Follow-Up
What happens after the estimate? How soon is the first follow-up, and when do quotes go cold?
-
Close
What is your close rate by lead source and by team member? Why are jobs being lost?
-
Complete
Do jobs finish as sold? Is there a consistent review request and referral ask once the work is done?
Signs a Funnel Review Is Worth It
If two or more of these sound familiar, the problem is likely inside the funnel, not at the top of it.
- Lead volume holds steady, but booked appointments don’t.
- Homeowners go quiet between inquiry and booking.
- Response time depends on the day, the person, or the season.
- You can’t say which lead sources actually pay off.
- Booked appointments don’t show, or don’t close.
- Your team runs out of capacity in peak season.
From Funnel Review to Fixes, on Your Terms
Every step is your decision. Nothing changes in your business unless you approve it.
Step 1
Funnel Review
We review your lead process stage by stage, using your numbers, systems, and team. See how it works.
Step 2
The Blueprint
We present our findings in a written Blueprint you keep: what is working, what is leaking, and what to fix first.
Step 3
Your Approval
You decide what moves forward. We only recommend a change when the business needs it, and often the answer is to improve what you have.
Fix what’s broken. Keep what works.
We don’t start from zero. If a tool, vendor, or process is working, we say so and build around it.
Nothing changes without your approval.
Findings come first. Decisions are yours, made after you’ve seen the evidence in the Blueprint.
One point of contact.
If outside help is needed, we coordinate it with the vendor for you, so you’re not managing five companies.
Funnel Review FAQ
Is a Funnel Review just a marketing audit?
No. A marketing audit stops at lead generation. A Funnel Review follows each lead past the first contact through response, booking, estimates, follow-up, closing, and job completion, because that is where most lost revenue hides.
Will you tell me to replace my CRM or lead sources?
Only if the evidence says it’s needed. Often the fix is a process change, a faster handoff, or better follow-up inside the tools you already have. Every recommendation is explained in the Blueprint, and nothing changes without your approval.
What if my real problem is not enough leads?
Then the review will show that, and the Blueprint will focus on the sources and targeting most likely to fit your services, service area, and budget.
Do I have to buy The X?
No. The Blueprint is yours to keep and use however you like. The X is optional, separately scoped help if you want LeadLogiX to coordinate the work.
